Do you offer a Warranty on the goods I purchase from The Gem Tree?

All your goods purchased from The Gem Tree are under a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, loss, theft, or lack of regular maintenance.

Please be sure to check your product immediately upon delivery to you. Should there be a problem with your goods please do not receive them but rather send them straight back to The Gem Tree with the courier.
