How it works
The Process
A guided, in-person way to buy a diamond. Five steps, no pressure.

Shortlist diamonds together
We walk you through stones from our current inventory that fit the brief. Every diamond is independently graded by the GIA and laser-inscribed with its report number — you see the certification before you decide anything.
- 03
Meet — in person or online
Come to the workshop in Johannesburg or Cape Town to see the shortlisted stones in hand, or walk through them together over WhatsApp or a video call. Many of our diamonds sell without a visit — both routes work, and the choice is yours.

Design the setting
Once you've chosen a stone, we design the setting around it. Bring an idea, a reference image, or a blank page; we sketch and refine until the piece feels right, then quote the workshop time before any metalwork begins.

Take delivery
We hand-finish each piece in our own workshop and issue an independent insurance valuation with the finished piece. Resizing, cleaning, and aftercare stay with us for the life of the piece.
